At Be Green Carpet Cleaning, we strive to arrive on time within the confirmed 3-hour arrival window. However, unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to traffic, extended service at a previous job, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your technician has not arrived within the expected timeframe, here’s what you can do.

Check Your Confirmation Email

Your confirmation email includes your scheduled arrival window and appointment details. Make sure you have the correct date and time for your service.

Allow for a Short Delay

While we work hard to stay on schedule, minor delays can sometimes happen due to:

  • Traffic or road conditions

  • Extended time spent at a previous job

  • Unforeseen setup delays

If your technician or Service Provider is running slightly behind, they may still be on their way.

Our team will immediately check the status of your Service Provider and provide an estimated arrival time or alternative scheduling options if needed.

Request an On-the-Way Notification

If you’d like a heads-up before your technician arrives, let us know during booking. We can send you a text or call notification when they are en route.

Reschedule If Necessary

If there is an unexpected delay and your schedule does not allow for extra waiting time, we completely understand. We are happy to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.
