Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth scheduling process for all customers, a fully refundable credit card hold may be required to secure your appointment. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all cleaning appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee or your Groupon voucher being redeemed.
