What to Expect During Your Service
Our entire team's goal is to exceed your expectations throughout the scheduling and service process.
Cleaning Process
Your Service Provider will use a 5-step, Very Low Moisture encapsulation cleaning method. This utilizes 70% less water than traditional steam cleaning and eliminates the need for wet extraction. This approach is safe for children, pets, and allergy sufferers.
Upon Arrival
Your Service Provider will start by reviewing your service details with you. Together, you’ll inspect the areas you wish to have cleaned and discuss any specific concerns that may require special attention and he will perform a pre-cleaning inspection.
If requested, your Service Provider can move and clean underneath furniture that one person can safely and reasonably manage. This typically includes smaller chairs, tables, and sometimes sofas.
Pre-treatment - The areas to be cleaned will be raked and vacuumed with a professional-grade machine and treated with an enzyme spray to target spots and soiled areas. This pre-treatment is included in your pricing for our Standard Maintenance Cleaning.
Please Note - Any unusual or extreme conditions will require additional treatments and possible adjustments to pricing. Examples include severe soiling or contamination from pet stains, bodily fluids (urine, feces, blood, etc.), mold, or mildew. If extra services are necessary, your Service Provider will provide a recommended treatment plan and an updated quote.
Drying Time - Under normal conditions, carpets typically dry within 2-4 hours, though some situations may necessitate longer drying times. Carpets can be walked on immediately after cleaning with light traffic.
Additional Services
We offer three services beyond our Standard Maintenance Cleaning:
SaniFresh: Infused with natural citrus oils, SaniFresh offers a light enhancement to the cleanliness and smell of your home.
DeoGerm: A powerful deodorizer with disinfecting properties.
Guard: A plant-based protectant that creates a barrier against stains and wear, extending the life of carpets and upholstery.
In some cases, these services may have been already added and discussed with a representative during the booking process. Your Service Provider may also recommend them in your customized treatment plan.
Satisfaction Guarantee
As part of our Standard Maintenance Cleaning Service, we include a comprehensive 30-day guarantee. This guarantee ensures that if regular household stains (from food and drink spills or normal wear) reappear, your Service Provider will return to retreat the affected areas at no additional cost. Jobs that show contamination from pet stains, bodily fluids (urine, feces, blood, etc.), mold, or mildew are NOT covered unless the recommended treatment is added to ensure proper removal. Permanently damaged areas are NOT covered.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a fully refundable credit card hold may be required. A 48-hour cancellation notice is mandatory for all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Policies
There may be an additional charge for stairs wider than 40 inches or oversized landing areas. Rooms exceeding 250 square feet may be priced as separate areas, and combined living/dining areas will be treated as two distinct rooms. Large hallways and walk-in closets may also incur separate pricing. Sofas over 72 inches and certain fabric types may result in additional charges. Please be aware that any pre-existing conditions or damage may affect pricing and cleaning results. Additionally, contamination is not covered under the Standard Maintenance Cleaning Service Guarantee.
If you have purchased an additional treatment plan due to contamination, your Standard Maintenance Cleaning Service Guarantee has been extended to cover the re-treatment (if necessary) of that contamination.
Important Reminders
Do Not Vacuum: Please refrain from vacuuming your carpet for at least 48 hours after cleaning.
Cancellation Policy: Late cancellation fees may apply if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
3rd Floor Apartments: A $25 fee applies for cleaning in third-floor apartments.
Wool Carpets: Wall-to-wall wool carpets are subject to an additional fee.
Credit Card Payments: A 4% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
