Wall-to-Wall Carpet Pricing Guide

This guide explains wall-to-wall carpet cleaning pricing for our Standard Maintenance Cleaning, including optional DeoGerm and stain Guard add-ons. Carpet pricing is area-based, not by square footage.

At Be Green Carpet Cleaning, pricing is clear and upfront. Your quoted price stays the same unless services are added or cleaning conditions differ from what was described at booking.

Area rugs are not included in this pricing and are quoted separately.

Our Standard Maintenance Cleaning is designed for routine carpet care, including:

• Food and drink spills

• Dirt and debris

• Everyday foot traffic

This service is ideal for regular upkeep and maintaining the appearance and longevity of your carpet.

The following conditions require additional treatment and are priced separately:

• Pet urine or feces beyond mild to moderate levels

• Mold or mildew

• Bodily fluids (blood, vomit, etc.)

If any of these conditions are present, the technician will review options and pricing with you before proceeding.

*“Room” applies to spaces such as office, den, kitchen, bathroom, or similar rooms that do not have a dedicated field. All rooms are priced the same.

*A typical flight of stairs has 14 steps.

• One application of DeoGerm is $50 per area

• One application typically covers mild to moderate pet-related stains in a single area

• This is effective for most homes, but cost can depends on:

  • Pet size

  • Pet type

  • Frequency of accidents

To ensure accurate treatment:

• The technician will use a UV light during the inspection to determine the severity and spread of pet contamination

• If contamination is heavier than mild to moderate, additional treatment may be required and will be discussed before proceeding

• Wool carpeting may require specialized cleaning methods and may incur additional fees

• Specialty fibers or delicate materials are reviewed and discussed prior to cleaning

The following may affect area count or pricing and will always be discussed before work begins:

• Rooms over 250 sq. ft. may count as two areas

• Combined living/dining rooms are counted separately

• Stairs over 40 inches wide or oversized landings may incur additional cost

• 3rd-floor homes or apartments without elevator access may incur an additional fee

• Pre-existing damage or contamination is not covered under our Standard Maintenance Guarantee

Our best discounts apply to wall-to-wall, multi-area carpet cleaning.

When multiple areas are cleaned during the same visit:

• Setup and travel are already covered

• Labor and equipment are used more efficiently

• The technician can clean continuously without resets

That efficiency allows us to offer significantly better pricing, which is why the 40% special applies to wall-to-wall carpet areas.

• DeoGerm – helps neutralize odors and bacteria; one application covers mild to moderate pet stains in one area

• Stain Guard – helps protect carpet fibers and resist future staining

Add-ons are optional and priced per area.

• Payment is due upon completion of service

• A 4% convenience fee applies to all card payments

• No convenience fee for cash, check, Zelle, or Stripe

Unpaid balances incur a 20% late fee after 30 days.
