When you book an appointment with Be Green Carpet Cleaning, it’s important to receive our emails for confirmation, reminders, and receipts. Sometimes, email providers mistakenly route our messages to spam. Follow the steps below to ensure our emails reach your inbox.

How to Book
You can book an appointment:
Online via our scheduling system
By Phone with a customer service representative
By Text with a customer service representative
During booking, we collect your contact details and service information and set expectations for arrival.
Emails You Will Receive
Confirmation Email – Sent immediately after booking, confirming your appointment details. Example: Confirmation Email
Receipt & Satisfaction Survey – Sent immediately after the job is completed, providing your receipt and a survey link.
Checking Your Spam Folder & Adding Us to Contacts
To prevent our emails from going to spam, check your spam folder and add info@begreencarpetcleaning.com to your contacts.
Outlook
Finding the Spam (Junk) Folder
Open Outlook.
Look for the Junk Email folder in the left-hand menu.
Click Junk Email to check for messages from us.
Adding Us to Contacts
Right-click an email from info@begreencarpetcleaning.com.
Select Add to Outlook Contacts.
Click Save & Close.
Gmail
Finding the Spam Folder
Log into Gmail.
Click More in the left menu to expand folders.
Select Spam to check for our emails.
Adding Us to Contacts
Open an email from us.
Hover over our name at the top of the email.
Click Add to Contacts in the pop-up.
Apple Mail
Finding the Junk Folder
Open the Mail app on your Mac.
Select Junk in the sidebar to check for our emails.
Adding Us to Contacts
Open an email from us.
Right-click on our email address.
Select Add to Contacts.

Q: I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do? A: Check your spam folder and add info@begreencarpetcleaning.com to your contacts. If you still don’t see it, contact us.
Q: How can I make sure I get my receipt and survey? A: Ensure our email is added to your contacts and check your spam folder after your service is completed.
Q: What if my reminder email didn’t arrive? A: If you don’t receive your reminder by 10:30 AM the day before your appointment, check spam and reach out to us.
